– Refund Policy for Live Courses

1- Full Refund : You may request a full refund ( with transfer fees deducted ) anytime from the payment date up to two weeks before the course start date.

2- 50% Refund : If the request is made within 48 hours before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.

3- No Refunds : Refunds are not available on the course day or after it.

– Refund and Exchange Policy for Recorded Courses

1- Full Refund : You are eligible for a full refund if your viewing percentage of the course does not exceed 20%, provided the request is made within 7 days from the purchase date.

2- Course Exchange : You may exchange any purchased course for another course available on the platform, provided your viewing percentage of the original course does not exceed 50%. This exchange request must be made within 1 month from the purchase date.
