Zygomatic Implant Guide

Indications:

- Severely resorbed maxilla (Cawood Class V–VI).
- Failed or absent bone grafts.
- Sinus pneumatization with no basal bone.
- Extra-maxillary or intra-sinus implant planning.
- High surgical precision near vital structures.
- Full-arch immediate-load protocols (e.g., Quad Zygoma).

 

Notes:

- If you chose to work Prosthetically Guided:
We need the CBCT of Denture or Occlusion Block itself with markers ( or a scan)
And if Design of Temororary is already done you can send it also.

- If you chose to work Bone Guided only:
We need the CBCT to be at least full arch

- CBCT only of patient
